Beware of solicitation from unauthorized hotels and housing agencies

Attendees and exhibitors may be subjected to inappropriate solicitation from hotels or third-party housing agencies not affiliated with Cloud Partners.

Poachers may sometimes offer a lower hotel rate than the rates offered in our official block. We have found that the reserved rooms are often not actually available at the hotel. The deposit you are being asked to give is being taken from the wholesaler, NOT the hotel. Their cancellation polices are often intolerant, and you do not have the support of Cloud Partners should you need assistance with your reservation. Buyer beware. Even if they tell you otherwise, DO NOT make your reservations through one of these poachers.

Informa Exhibitions LLC goes to great lengths to ensure that every aspect of your Cloud Partners experience is of the highest quality and value. Poachers do not have your best interests in mind, nor are they committed to providing a high level of customer service.

Cloud Partners Guide to Boston

This September, thousands of cloud partners will gather in Boston to learn why cloud means business. There’s a reason why Boston is considered a top 5 destination city. We want your participation in Cloud Partners to have an impact on your business, but we also want you to make the most of your time in Boston.

Here are some great tips on making the most of all Beantown has to offer:

Take a Trip in History on the Freedom Trail:

The red line on the sidewalk leads you on this 2.5-mile, self-guided tour of 16 historically significant sites. It starts at the Boston Common, America's oldest public park, and ends at the famed Bunker Hill Monument.

Peer Into the Future:

Check out Boston’s Innovation District which transformed the South Boston waterfront into an urban environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame:

The Red Sox may be on a road trip while Cloud Partners is in town, but you can still take a tour of Fenway Park “America’s Most Beloved Ballpark.”

Get a Taste of Some Culture:

There’s no shortage of museums to visit while in Boston. The Museum of Fine Arts is top rated while the Boston Team Party Ships & Museum and the USS Constitution Museum are popular spots as well.

Speaking of a Taste:

Boston is known for amazing restaurants. Take a tour and hit featured spots on a North End Pizza Tour, a South End Food and Walking Tour or satisfy your sweet tooth on a Chocolate Walking Tour.

Get Up Close to Some Wildlife:

Visit the New England Aquarium to see three species of penguins and thousands of other aquatic animals.

Bottoms Up!:

If you’re a beer connoisseur, you’re in luck with brewery tours at places such as Harpoon Brewery and Samuel Adams.
